quiet room bathroom spa facilities

Staying right inside the airport made my connecting flight SOOO easy. The quiet room and bathroom helped me recharge, and the staff was very polite. I especially loved the excellent spa facilities!!!

confusing spa area pointless kiosk

the location at the airport was acceptable for a late flight arrival.

I found the spa area confusing. There weren't enough signs. it. also, spa staff made me use the payment kiosk, even though i had already paid at the front desk. It felt pointless.

automated check-in onsen fee

the location was very convenient for accessing the airport.

I was disappointed to find the check-in process to be completely automated. There was no personal interaction. the onsen also required an extra fee for access. I had assumed it would be included. having to use my key to pass through numerous doors was inconvenient especially while carrying luggage.

the location was convenient , being directly in terminal 3. lots of restaurants and shops are available. THESE shops close quite early , so plan accordingly. the room was very comfy and tidy for a short stay.

i noticed a slight lack of luggage rack in the room , making it a bit difficult to organize my belongings efficiently.
